The daily reminder
Here is something little that can make a big difference.
Get early access to a new feature in The 1 Minute Question:
Revisit your goals and intentions effortlessly, for just 1 minute a day
My emails will help you revisit what matters most - it's built on principles from the Law of Least Effort, The Law of Attraction, repeated exposure, and brain plasticity.
Simply think about you what you want to see daily, and I'll seamlessly integrate them into your inbox.
Here's how mine looks like, for example:

So originally I have designed this question system for the long term effects,
Inspired by Atomic Habits - getting better 1% every day through consistent practice…
But very quickly I've discovered something amazing
(I still feel lucky and grateful for that)…
some of these questions also had incredible instant effects on my mood, focus and productivity after just 1 minute of practice.
When you think of your intention and ask yourself how it feels like,
your body chemistry shifts - and it happens because your brain can't ignore a question.
So to find the answer, there are billions of connections and different brain areas working on your prompt. It's literally like an AI agent that lives in your brain.
So first, this question is received by your xxxx (name of the brain system that accepts the initial call).
“Logic will get you from A to Z; imagination will get you everywhere.”
― Albert Einstein
It tries to think with logic. Sometimes, if your identity is very close to the energy, it's easy to answer it. But if you are stressed and the question is "what would I do if I was in calm flow right now?"
And your autopilot, it says ohhh... hm... : the caller you have reached is unavailable - I am just too stressed to answer this right now. I don't know the answer. I need to escalate this call to the imagination. Hold on while I transfer you...
It calls your imagination. (Hey mate, I got this question and I need to route this to the genius ME.)
Imagination speaking. Welcome to your creative genius. I can create any reality, I can jump in time, I can change the future!
Ok so you need to know what I would do if I were calm and in flow? Well....
“Everything you can imagine is real.”- Pablo Picasso
Then it positions you in that scenario in your imagination.
Your body chemistry physically changes.
Here's how your different parts light up in your brain while you work with your imagination:
You actually feel an improved mood after just 1 minute. Try it now...
Think of your intention:
"How does it feel like?"
I meditated on it and wrote it. So simple. I have felt more focused after just 1 minute of practicing it. It helped me dissolve performance anxiety, because I was able to "ask" myself and "give advice" to myself, but from the highest potential, the most positive and calm version of myself, instead of listening to the stressed-out version. It's like talking to yourself as your best friend. The more I started doing it, the more I noticed this energy everywhere I go... more self love, focus, confidence, and clarity came into my life. It became a pure moment in my day to reflect and focus on what's important for me. It became my happy place, where I felt everything was in order and under control. My decisions got easier (because I had my anchor), my mood was better, and all I needed was… an easy way for me to focus on what I want. Mindblowing.
When you have a good day - you notice positive things. You smile more. Your body posture improves. Then the world responds to you. So I would say it's a way to manufacture a start of a good day.
And now I simply wanted to share this love and passion project I created and bring it to the world. So I started the free 1 Minute Question newsletter and made the tool available for everyone.
I invite you to join us and add your intention!
It's a simple and quick yet powerful method. Here's how it works:
You are effortlessly reflecting your goals / intentions or even the concept / wisdom / vision you wish to embody, along with a thought-provoking question to "activate" it and "print it" to your subconscious through brain plasticity (the ability of your brain to change with more and more exposure). Think of what you need to focus on right now - do you want to be productive, get clarity, relieve your stress and overthinking, or a little bit of self love and a confidence boost? The 1 Min Question got you… You are the boss.
You need to meditate and focus on that question for just 1 minute to feel the effects.
For those of you who love journaling, you're invited to add your answer, so you can see your thoughts later (you will get a monthly summary), reflect on the knowledge and get a bigger effect.
Rinse and repeat.
But why should this journey be a solo one?
I invite you to join me and our amazing community in this quest for self-actualization.
Together with a community of like-minded individuals, committed to their self growth by turning inspiration into action, one mindful minute at a time.
So here's how it started: I practiced it for the first time with a productivity question I learned from Tim Ferriss, which should've helped me with increased clarity and ranking my tasks in order of priority and succession.
It goes like…
“Which of my tasks and things I want to do - if accomplished - would make everything else easier or irrelevant?”
Then, I started to make more and more questions and rotate them so it will never get "boring". Every time I load the page was a surprise, a fun and exciting way to practice it. This is something I am working on and will be live soon :) I have based this method on 3 things:
-Neuroscience and brain plasticity principles I have learned after having a near-death brain accident and brain surgery, which caused me to be curious about how our brain works. Which basically says that the more we are exposed to something, our brain structure and personality also changes. Fascinating.
-Active meditation, visualization and law of attraction: I'm a fan of spirituality, but the whole law of attraction seems too "wishful thinking". You know, the affirmation thing like if you are a stressed person you should say "I am feeling relaxed right now" even if you're not really - it can even create a negative reaction. But, an amazing thing happens when you ask instead "how does it feel to be relaxed?". Your brain automatically focuses on that. And because our brain can't ignore questions, and because it can't differentiate between imagination and reality, you are actually becoming more relaxed.
-Growth and business mindset: you are becoming similar to the people you hang out with, and to the information you are consuming. It's vanity. I have traveled the world for 7+ years and now I live on an island in Thailand. I'm walking on the beach to my coworking space, eating healthy, working out and trying to enjoy every moment. My work is a big part of my life, and I have designed this as a lifestyle business- I don't have a boss or clients, my business is working for me instead of I work for it, thanks to automation and traffic growth.
